1. Who we are

Direct Filler is a trade supplier of professional aesthetic products. These terms apply to every order placed through this website.

2. Trade accounts

Accounts are intended for qualified practitioners, clinics and trainers. You confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase, store and use the products you order, and that any professional qualification or insurance information you provide is accurate. We may suspend or decline an account at our discretion.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may change without notice. Availability reflects live stock and is confirmed at the point of payment. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to refund or substitute.

4. Orders and payment

A contract is formed when we confirm payment for your order. Orders are only committed to stock and passed for packing once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for correct storage on arrival.

6. Referral programme

• Each approved account receives a unique referral code.
• A referred new customer receives 10% off eligible new orders.
• The referrer earns 20% commission on the agreed eligible order value. Commission does not expire.
• Self-referrals, duplicate attribution and code abuse are not permitted.
• Commission on cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders is reversed. We may vary or withdraw the programme for future orders.

7. Professional responsibility

Products are supplied for professional use only. Direct Filler does not provide clinical advice, treatment or training, and is not responsible for how products are used after delivery.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
