How we use it

To create and manage your account, process and deliver your orders, provide tracking and support, calculate referral commission, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

To get your parcel to you we share the delivery name, address, telephone number, items and order reference with our warehouse and fulfilment partner and the delivery carrier. Payment details are handled by our payment provider — we never store full card details. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting records are kept for six years as required by UK tax law. Account details are kept while your account is active.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within one month.

Security

Access to your data is restricted, encrypted in transit, and protected by row-level database rules so that only you and authorised staff can see your orders.
