Shipping costs

UK next working day delivery is £9.99. Orders over £150 are shipped free. Costs are shown clearly in your basket before checkout.

Dispatch times

Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed. Paid orders placed before 2pm on a working day are normally picked and dispatched the same working day; otherwise the next working day. Cold-chain and temperature-sensitive items may be held for the next suitable dispatch slot.

Tracking your order

Every order has its own tracking page in your account. As soon as your parcel is packed and a label is created, the carrier name and tracking number appear there and you are notified by email.

Stock and availability

Availability shown on the site reflects live warehouse stock. Stock is only committed once payment is confirmed, which prevents overselling. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we contact you and refund or substitute with your agreement.

Missing or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for two working days, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
